He provided everything I wanted in a shed. The shingles, paint color, windows and shutters match or are at least similar to my house. We had him do the painting because he uses high quality paint and does good work. He demolished and hauled away the old shed. All the materials for the new shed had to be hauled by hand from the front yard to the backyard because there is no easy access to where I wanted it built. We were very impressed with the quality of his work, how accessible he was through emails and the calls he made back and forth from West Fargo building department. It didn't take long from planning the new shed, demolition of the old one, to having the finished product that easily passed building inspection.

Beau and his crew arrived on time and completed the 10x16 shed in a total of 6 hours. Quality build and materials. The best part is that I didn't have to do anything myself. They even got the foundation ready.

They site built a shed for us 1 year ago. I purposely waited a year to review it. We are happy with our purchase. They did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. More importantly, they did everything on time or ahead of the time they promised. This is absolutely unheard of with anything contractor related. Unheard of. The quality seems to be good one year later with no need for any return visits. (Again, this is unheard of.) They aren't the cheapest option, but they certainly make up for it in quality and keeping their word. I would hire these guys again.

In most cases, sheds 120 square feet and under don’t require a permit… which is exactly why the 10×12 is our most popular size. You’ll also want to check your property for setback requirements, typically 3′ to 5′ from the property line.
Plenty of our customers go bigger to maximize their storage space, and we build a lot of large sheds. If yours requires a permit, the process in Fargo is generally pretty straightforward. You can apply in person at the building department or online, and we’ll provide any drawings or documentation you need along the way.
