Here's How We Build It

• Your shed is built right on your property. No delivery, no dropping a box in your yard.
• We hand-carry all materials and tools from our trailer directly to the build site.
• We start by marking out the exact placement so it sits right where you want it.
• A pressure-treated floor joist system is built and leveled on-site as the foundation.
• Once everything is level and square, we install 3/4" subfloor decking.
• Walls are pre-built in our shop for precision, then moved into place on-site using a wall dolly.
• Roof trusses go up next, followed by OSB sheathing.
• The roof is finished with synthetic underlayment, drip edge, and architectural shingles.
• PVC trim is applied to all corners, windows, and door openings.
• Finally, we install door hardware and any add-ons you selected... ramps, shelving, whatever you ordered.

We have two main styles of sheds!

• Classic Series Sheds 
• Elite Series Sheds

Not Much!

Once your shed design is locked in, all you need to do is be home the morning of your build to show us exactly where you want it placed.

Make sure any required permits or HOA approvals are taken care of before your scheduled date.

We also ask that the build area is cleared of debris beforehand... and yes, that includes the dog messes.

It will vary depending on the size of your shed... but typically it takes 1-3 days. 

Weather is also a factor. We always do our best to build on the scheduled date if possible.

The standard wall height is 6.5' tall.

If you'd like taller walls, we can upgrade to 7' and 8' tall walls for Classic Series Sheds.

Elite Series Sheds come standard with 8' tall sidewalls. 

All of our base model sheds come standard with LP SmartSide panels, factory primed in tan. LP recommends painting the panels for long-term protection... and we make that easy.

Custom paint is available as an upgrade. We apply two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh... one of the best exterior paints on the market.

Absolutely! If you already have a slab, we can build directly on it as long as it matches the outer dimensions of your shed and is reasonably flat and level.

We don't pour concrete ourselves, but we work with trusted concrete pros who can handle that if you need a new slab installed.

Not sure which way to go? In most cases our standard treated wood floor system is the simpler and more affordable option... and it works great.

No! Since every shed is built on-site at your property, there are no delivery fees to worry about.*

For builds within the Fargo/Moorhead metro area, there are no mileage charges either. We show up with everything we need and get to work.

A mileage charge applies for locations 25+ miles outside of Fargo.

In Fargo and West Fargo, permits are required for any shed larger than 120 square feet.

In Moorhead, permits are required for any shed larger than 200 square feet.

Permitting is the responsibility of the homeowner and must be completed prior to your install date. We can help you through it though!
