Depending on the city regulations, generally there will be a 3′ or 5′ setback from the property line for your shed. There may be a size limit for whether or not a permit is required, and watch out for those pesky HOA rules as well.
Many people want bigger sheds to maximize their space, and we build a lot of big sheds! For larger sheds, obtaining a permit is generally pretty easy. We can help you out with the process along the way.

Levi, Jordan and Landon did a fantastic job. They had to deal with the cold and rain in the beginning and with heat and humidity during most of the day. Very friendly and listened to what and where we wanted the shed. We really appreciate what they did, all in one day!!! Would recommend Square Shed to everyone!!
He provided everything I wanted in a shed. The shingles, paint color, windows and shutters match or are at least similar to my house. We had him do the painting because he uses high quality paint and does good work. He demolished and hauled away the old shed. All the materials for the new shed had to be hauled by hand from the front yard to the backyard because there is no easy access to where I wanted it built. We were very impressed with the quality of his work, how accessible he was through emails and the calls he made back and forth from West Fargo building department. It didn't take long from planning the new shed, demolition of the old one, to having the finished product that easily passed building inspection.
The team was professional and efficient in building our new shed. The final product was beyond our expectations. It looks fantastic. The key chain and thank you note was a nice professional touch.
They site built a shed for us 1 year ago. I purposely waited a year to review it. We are happy with our purchase. They did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. More importantly, they did everything on time or ahead of the time they promised. This is absolutely unheard of with anything contractor related. Unheard of. The quality seems to be good one year later with no need for any return visits. (Again, this is unheard of.) They aren't the cheapest option, but they certainly make up for it in quality and keeping their word. I would hire these guys again.
