Buying A Shed Should Be Simple

Hiring a contractor doesn't have to be a headache. At Elite Shedz, we keep it simple... just three steps from start to finish.

Fill out our quick form and tell us what you’re looking for. It doesn’t need to be perfect… our team has done this a time or two and can help you dial in exactly what you need.

Once your quote is finalized, we’ll set up a time to connect… either on-site or over video chat. We’ll lock in your layout and design, collect a deposit, confirm materials delivery, and get a build date on the calendar.

Now for the easy part. Sit back while our crew handles everything. Most builds wrap up in 1 to 3 days on-site and we move efficiently… we know you’ve got better things to do than babysit a construction crew.

Free Delivery and Installation

Everything comes through the gate by hand... no fence removal, no skid loader tearing up your yard.

Custom shed base leveled with tuffblocks while built on site.

Shed Leveling

Your shed is elevated and leveled using treated 4x4 posts and TuffBlock footings. This allows for proper air circulation, easy leveling, and a base that holds up for years without rot or shifting.

Premium Floor System

Our floor system is built with 2x6 treated joists and 3/4" Advantech subfloor... stronger than the industry standard of 2x4 joists and 5/8" flooring that most other builders use.

Sturdy Walls

All Elite Shedz walls are framed at 16" on center... no exceptions. We hand-select top choice 2x4 studs and finish every wall with double top plates for added strength and rigidity.

LP smartside paneling for custom shed exterior siding.

50-Year LP SmartSide Panels

We use LP Smartside panels for our shed wall siding. It is an exterior grade panel, pre-primed a natural tan color. It is specially manufactured to last a long time.

PVC shed trim for custom site built sheds.

Maintenance-Free PVC Trim

Every corner, window, and door opening is finished with solid PVC trim... it won't rot, won't peel, and never needs a touchup.

Roofing Underlayment

Every roof gets a layer of synthetic underlayment before shingles go on... an extra layer of protection that some builders skip entirely.

Residential Architectural Shingles

We use GAF Timberline HDZ shingles... the same quality you'd find on a house. With multiple color options available, there's a good chance we can match what you've already got.

Gable Vents

Gable vents are installed on both ends of every shed at no extra charge. It's a small detail that makes a big difference... proper airflow protects both the shed and whatever you're storing inside.

Roof Overhangs

Classic Series Sheds include a 4" overhang along all rooflines to help shed water and reduce moisture exposure during bad weather. Elite Series Sheds step it up with a 12" vented overhang.

Locking Handle

Every shed door comes with a T-style locking handle and a set of keys... your stuff stays secure.

They site built a shed for us 1 year ago. I purposely waited a year to review it. We are happy with our purchase. They did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. More importantly, they did everything on time or ahead of the time they promised. This is absolutely unheard of with anything contractor related. Unheard of. The quality seems to be good one year later with no need for any return visits. (Again, this is unheard of.) They aren't the cheapest option, but they certainly make up for it in quality and keeping their word. I would hire these guys again.

He provided everything I wanted in a shed. The shingles, paint color, windows and shutters match or are at least similar to my house. We had him do the painting because he uses high quality paint and does good work. He demolished and hauled away the old shed. All the materials for the new shed had to be hauled by hand from the front yard to the backyard because there is no easy access to where I wanted it built. We were very impressed with the quality of his work, how accessible he was through emails and the calls he made back and forth from West Fargo building department. It didn't take long from planning the new shed, demolition of the old one, to having the finished product that easily passed building inspection.
