Elite Series Shed Features

All of the shed features listed here still apply to the Elite Series Sheds, but below is a breakdown the Elite style in more detail.

One of the standout features of the Elite Series is the substantial, traditionally-styled vented overhang along the roofline. At 12 inches, the overhang offers superior protection from rain and the elements compared to a standard shed build. It’s finished with metal or vinyl vented soffit for improved airflow, and the design also makes gutter installation straightforward for those who want to take it a step further.

Roof Overhang Style

The standout feature of the Elite Series is the traditional garage-style roof overhang. At 12", it provides serious protection from rain and is finished with metal or vinyl vented soffit for better airflow. It also makes adding gutters down the road a much simpler process.

Sidewall Heights

Elite Series sheds come standard with 8' sidewalls... taller than our Classic Series. That extra height opens the door for residential-style entry doors and overhead doors, and gives you significantly more wall space for shelving and storage.

Siding Options

Vinyl siding is included as a standard feature on every Elite Series shed. It looks great, holds up well, and requires virtually no maintenance. The Elite Series can also be built with painted SmartSide, if desired.

Door Options

Every Elite Series shed includes a residential entry door as a standard feature. Many customers also add an overhead door or roll-up door... if you need a wider door for a lawn mower.

Insulation Ready

Thanks to the vented overhangs and house wrap installed beneath the siding, the Elite Series is insulation-ready straight from the build. No extra prep needed if you decide to insulate down the road.

Foundation

While a wood foundation works fine for the Elite Series, most end up on a concrete slab. We don't pour concrete ourselves, but we work with trusted partners who do... or if you already have a slab ready to go, we'll build right on it.

Of all the shed styles we offer, the Elite Series is generally the most likely to meet HOA requirements... though you'll always want to verify the specifics with your HOA directly.

Due to the added complexity of the build, Elite Series sheds typically take 2-3 days on site to complete. A little longer than our Classic Series... but still a fast and straightforward process from your perspective.

They site built a shed for us 1 year ago. I purposely waited a year to review it. We are happy with our purchase. They did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. More importantly, they did everything on time or ahead of the time they promised. This is absolutely unheard of with anything contractor related. Unheard of. The quality seems to be good one year later with no need for any return visits. (Again, this is unheard of.) They aren't the cheapest option, but they certainly make up for it in quality and keeping their word. I would hire these guys again.

I am so happy with our new shed. All building materials are excellent. You will not find a warped or cracked 2x4 in the whole building. All walls are plumb and square. The three man crew was so professional, and hard working. They took less than one day to erect the shed . When they left, the shed was swept out and the grounds completely cleaned up. Beau worked hard to find the correct color to match our house. Everything about this shed is exactly as advertised and promised. Great job !!!
