Depending on the city regulations, generally there will be a 3′ or 5′ setback from the property line for your shed. There may be a size limit for whether or not a permit is required, and watch out for those pesky HOA rules as well.
Many people want bigger sheds to maximize their space, and we build a lot of big sheds! For larger sheds, obtaining a permit is generally pretty easy. We can help you out with the process along the way.
Simply visit the building department, or apply for a permit online, and we can provide the necessary drawings or answer any questions that may arise. We are here to help!

They site built a shed for us 1 year ago. I purposely waited a year to review it. We are happy with our purchase. They did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. More importantly, they did everything on time or ahead of the time they promised. This is absolutely unheard of with anything contractor related. Unheard of. The quality seems to be good one year later with no need for any return visits. (Again, this is unheard of.) They aren't the cheapest option, but they certainly make up for it in quality and keeping their word. I would hire these guys again.
The process of working with Square Shed was professional, efficient and highly recommended. There was no impact to my property and it was amazing to see how they created a semi-prefabricated building and installation process with such great results.
The Square Shed crew was top notch from start to finish. They were great on the build design, answering questions, and worked with me on any special requests. The young man was very kind and respectful. We had seen a finished shed he had done for our SIL and was impressed with the quality of his work. He told us when to expect the delivery of the wood and it was on time. He showed up when he said he would. He worked hard all day and it showed in the quality of his work. The finished shed was awesome and definitely 100% better than if we had tried to do it. His price was very reasonable and he could have definitely charged more because the quality was exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality shed built.
Very easy process and very easy to work with. We had 8x12 shed built. Crew showed up at 8:00 am and were done by 4:00 pm. We were kept in the loop as far as day they would build. Absolutely no surprises.
Levi, Jordan and Landon did a fantastic job. They had to deal with the cold and rain in the beginning and with heat and humidity during most of the day. Very friendly and listened to what and where we wanted the shed. We really appreciate what they did, all in one day!!! Would recommend Square Shed to everyone!!
