Depending on the city regulations, generally there will be a 3′ or 5′ setback from the property line for your shed. There may be a size limit for whether or not a permit is required, and watch out for those pesky HOA rules as well.
Many people want bigger sheds to maximize their space, and we build a lot of big sheds! For larger sheds, obtaining a permit is generally pretty easy. We can help you out with the process along the way.

The young man was very kind and respectful. We had seen a finished shed he had done for our SIL and was impressed with the quality of his work. Levi, Jordan and Landon did a fantastic job. They had to deal with the cold and rain in the beginning and with heat and humidity during most of the day. Very friendly and listened to what and where we wanted the shed. We really appreciate what they did, all in one day!!! Would recommend Square Shed to everyone!!
